One way to "fill your cup" is by filling your belly.  By cooking and eating nutrient-dense foods our bodies can be grounded, our minds can be more content, and our emotions can be soothed.   During this program, Lori Lambert-Osburn-- registered dietitian and chef, will share practical meal planning strategies, streamlined meal suggestions, and recipe templates.  This program will include a cooking demonstration to help you see how quickly you could put together a meal.
