Fill your cup with JOY! Come join us for an energy-boosting 15-minute dance session. I will lead some simple dances that are easy to follow but guaranteed to get the joy bubbling up. We'll explore some contemporary pop tunes as well as a variety of music from around the world. No experience necessary!
