We are all set and ready to RIDE with Cody Rigsby tomorrow for a 20 minute pop ride! As I have been fiddling through the new ’group ride’ feature, I think it is easiest for you to add the class to your ’schedule’ for Friday 3/26 at 1:25pm. (Please see this  VIDEO). This needs to be done on the ’PELOTON APP’ and CANNOT BE DONE ON THE BIKE ITSELF.

If you are not comfortable with this, no worries at all! If you have any issues with getting onto our session, you should see me as a ’friend’ and you will be able to join my ride.
I created the hashtag #DLDMedfield that you can add too so it is easier to see others in the session as we cannot just make the ride a private ride for our group only.

Find balance by experience stillness with relaxing restorative chair yoga poses and gentle stretching. You will calm your mind and deepen your connection to your breath. This will be a truly meditative experience that will leave you feeling clear and restored for the rest of your day.

The facilitator is certified, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, yoga teacher, and licensed esthetician Chanelle Camire.
