Christina Scilingo

Norton Public Schools
Digital Learning Specialist
A New Jersey native, Christina Scilingo made her way up to Massachusetts when she decided to attended Stonehill College to study History and Education.  Since 2014, Christina has found her home in Norton Public Schools, first as a grade 6 World Geography teacher and now as district-wide Digital Learning Specialist.  This year, Christina will be presenting "From Boring to Roaring: Creative Ways to Make Vocabulary Stick" where she will cover a whole array of tools, tips, tricks, and techniques to make content vocabulary fun, engaging, and meaningful for students.  This presentation is appropriate for all content areas and all grade levels, but does lend itself best to grades 3-12.
