I began my career in the elementary classroom, and have been immersed in the world of #edtech since 2007. My home back then was in a computer lab following a fixed schedule of classes from Kindergarten - 5th grade. As the years passed by, technology became more prevalent in the classroom with mobile devices. There was also a need for a more flexible schedule so that I could be available for professional development and on the spot training. My role has morphed into a coaching position, supporting teachers and students with the latest devices and platforms. I focus student instruction on important topics such as digital citizenship, coding, and Google Workspace. I'm most passionate about seeing students engaged with digital tools to enhance their learning.
